Terms of Service
By agreeing to commission, it shall be automatically considered that the client has read and agreed to accept the agreement stated below.1. For personal use commission, this work can only be used in any form that does not gain profit and is not allowed to be used in any commercial form.
If you wish to use it commercially, please specify when contacting me first. If you are not sure whether your use is considered commercial or not, you may always inquire before beginning work.
For the rights to use it in commercial, there will be an additional 100% price from personal use.
Commercial use means using the work to gain fame or profit for business purposes both directly and indirectly.
Examples are such as trade, advertising, illustrations, novel covers, video covers, free business gifts, business complimentary items, packaging, products, any image such as banner/cover/logo/profile of a store account or any account that is used for earn income, all types of Vtuber-related work.2. The artist retains the right to use the commission as a sample/keep it in the portfolio, but always with a watermark. If you'd to keep your artwork private, please notify.3. The artist reserves the right to reject the request, if the artist cannot do the details required by the client.4. Once the commission has started, please do not cancel the commission.
In the case that the client has canceled the work after the artist has already started working, any upfront payment will not be refunded. The client of the canceled case will not be able to use the canceled work in any way.
If the client cancels when the artist has not started the work or the artist cancels it by herself. The artist will refund the full amount.5. Using the artwork in any kind of NFT and Ai generator is prohibited.6. The artist still retains the copyright to the artwork. Impersonation or plagiarism is prohibited.7. The client will receive the artwork as a digital copy only. There will be no physical item/merch that is a tangible printable piece.8. The client is allowed to publish the artwork only when giving credit to Einelace

Progress
1. Send a message that you want to reserve an queue and send the brief via Facebook page / Twitter / email.
- Any type of inquiries will not be considered as a reservation. You can inquire or ask for an estimation before booking any queue. I’m happy to answer all questions.
- After the brief is accepted, the artist will offer price and inform you of the transfer payment. A queue will be added to the website. Click for check it here.
- You can order more than 1 picture in a single queue.
- It usually takes 7-14 days per image, not including the waiting time in queue. If it isestimated that it will take more time, I will inform you.
- Queues are arranged in order of reservation, and will start drawing two queue at the same time.
- After send brief, please do not change the brief after this. If you want to change the brief, please inform me everytime before changing it.2.Payments

- Please transfer money within 1 week. The queue will be canceled when behind schedule.
- Only begin work after receiving money payment.3. Sketch

[After this cannot be edited]When receiving the email/link the image file, please download and keep a backup immediately for client’s own benefit.
The files will be backed up for 1 month starting from the date of submission. After this, the artist might delete the file to clear space.
You will receive the work in the form of .png digital file format
In the case of commercial use, you will also receive an additional .psd file (file with merge all layers into one layer). If there are any additional specified guidelines added within the brief (such as separating the props or backgrounds individually) You will also receive the files as specified.
Both chibi and full-scale work will have an image size of 1500x1500px 300dpi or more, depending on the image scaling.
You can specify the image size you desired. But if the image itself has a combined width + length larger than 8000px, there will be an additional 15-25% charge of that image’s price. The reason is it will take more time and require more detailing work (e.g. larger than 4500x3500)
For a ‘Full Color’ work, the color might be different from the original because of the differences in painting style. Though the rough image will be sent to you for color confirmation every time, please be inform that the final picture that comes out might not be strictly 100% accurate, and the coloring style might not always be certain. Normally, the color will be painted mainly by following the brief itself. If you have any coloring type on your mind, you can send a sample picture from my gallery as an example.
In the case of a upfront payment, there will be a watermark attached to the artwork. If it is not convenient for you to check on the work, you can pay the full amount at every step.
Any sketches/elements in the image that the client did not choose, the artist may modify or use it in other works.
REVISIONS
In the image-checking process, if there’s any point you want me to edit you can draw it in the picture directly. Or circle the picture as point 1, point 2, then type in the detailed text at the point you want me to edit. It might cause some mistakes if you use your handwriting in the picture instead of typing it in.
Regarding revision, major revisions such as character poses or camera angles can be made in the sketch process stage, while the lineart-rough coloring process stage can modify only little details such as hand style, accessory details but can't change the big overall pose.
The number of revisions will be specified, any details are as listed in the working process. If there is any mistake made by the artist, it will not be counted. If there are more revisions than what was specified before or any other additional works should you require. There will be an additional 10-20$ each time or more according to the details that need to be corrected.

Q : Can I use the work that I commissioned for personal use to make standee / keychain or etc?
A : You can absolutely do it to use it by yourself without selling or redistributing it.Q : Can I brief only letters describtion without any picture reference?
A : Yes, but there should be some reference pictures for a clear understanding. If there are reference pictures included, it should include hairstyles, facial features, clothing, and poses seperate one by one picture. Please describe them using simple and uncomplicated english in the brief.Q : I don’t have a clear picture of what I want. Can I send you just the character and let you draw?
A : Of course you can, but it would be better if you also attach some ideas such as the character's personality/favorite facial expressions/likes and dislikes/profile as well. So that I can draw without making it out of character.Q : What kind of briefs should I brief?
A : Just briefs "describe the image you want me to draw + attach a picture of the character + personality of the character" that's all I need. Or if you want to write down a more detailed brief, you can use the form below.
